Document of Bulgarian Worker-Peasant Party

Dear Comrades,

On behalf of the Bulgarian worker-peasant party, I’d like to greet each of you attending to this conference, and especially our hosts from the Greek Communist party. They have made a great effort to arrange this conference so we can extend our cooperation even further.

Comrades,
I would like to introduce you with the present situation in Bulgaria and to explain you briefly how a few fraudulent politics liquidated our country for 20 years. Everything that had been built for 45 years (factories, hotels, banks etc.) was gifted to criminal groups, dissembler politics and to their relatives. The corruption has grown together with the state’s governance. In fact the Governments in Bulgaria are dependent from the criminal groups; they draw and launder money in every possible opportunity.
Despite of the multiple proved misuses, the prosecution and the court stay passive, and leave the crimes without charge or trial. This is because they participate themselves in the money draw scheme.
Comrades,
The Bulgarian people are separated into a two classes.
The first class consists of politics, oligarchy and criminals which live a bountiful life.
The second class consists of workers and pensioners.
The average month salary is between 120 and 180 €.
The average pension is between 60 and 100 €.
In addition there is a huge unemployment rate, especially in the villages and towns, where the governance has completely liquidated the agricultural sector. In those places the unemployment rate reaches nearly 80%.
We can conclude that around 80% of the Bulgarian population lives below the poverty line.
I declare responsible that the Bulgarian governments are still committing genocide towards the Bulgarian people.
Huge percentage of the Bulgarian people cannot afford to visit a doctor to buy a medicine, and many of them don’t have enough meal.
Since 1990 all the governments are just increasing all possible taxes.
Here is the time to add my observation that in the beginning of the 21st century many families cannot afford water supply and electricity.

Comrades,
I want to describe our government’s foreign policy towards our neighbor countries. The Bulgarian “politic elite” is the biggest slave to the imperialistic countries and most of all to the USA. We gave military passage to the Americans troops in their barbarian war against Serbia. So called “politic elite” confessed the independence of Kosovo and they sent our troops in Afghanistan and Iraq.
The Bulgarian worker-peasant party is convinced that the Bulgarian Governments don’t want to make any closer relations with our neighbor Balkan countries, they are just listening their masters from the USA.
In conclusion I want to make sure all of you that the Bulgarian worker-peasant party will be leading force in the struggle for justified society. Soon or later this struggle will succeed in our country and also in all over the world. We want a comrade cooperation with all of you.
