A landlocked country the size of Arkansas, lying between India and the Tibetan Autonomous Region of China, Nepal contains Mount Everest (29,035 ft; 8,850 m), the tallest mountain in the world. Along its southern border, Nepal has a strip of level land that is partly forested, partly cultivated. North of that is the slope of the main section of the Himalayan range, including Everest and many other peaks higher than 8,000 m.

April Revolution of Nepal in 2006

The history of revolution in Nepal is not far from like other countries but our movement is different in comparison to others. Since 238 years, Nepalese people are always oppressed, suppressed, and mass massacre many times by the monarchy. The monarchy and feudalism use to distribute sweet sugar ball to peoples. There were many mass movements before 19th day’s people's agitation/revolution, the second people’s movement (April, 5th to April, 24th 2006) but capitalist parties and revisionist parties always kneeled down under the monarchy.
After the initiation of people’s war (1996A.D.), Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist) gradually becomes popular through their social work and giving rights and justices to the people. During the ten years, Maoists were succeeded to develop their base areas in rural sides and make people political consciousness while the other political parties were unpopular by their corrupted role. Meanwhile Maoists became able to convince youth’s people to take part in the historic mass movement. As the result, people get their rights and the monarchy finally kneeled down.

On the other hand it is the same situation of April revolution like in Soviet Union. We (Revolutionary) have not taken all power but we are not far from these capitalist and revisionist parties. Now, we are in interim parliament and we drafted interim constitution but we left interim government. This is because all imperialist and reactionaries forces want to sabotage for our party. They are trying to bind one circular perimeter for our party. In the mean time U.S. imperialist want to sabotage our Peace Process and our little achievement.
We (Revolutionary), Others Seven Political Parties, Civil-society, journalists and medical professionals to government workers, bank employees, hotel and restaurant employees, students and their professors, human rights activists, party supporters, disabled and elderly associations, and even families of Security Force officials were came in street and it was the April Revolution in Nepal.

The historic 12 points consent in between CPN (Maoist) and Other Seven Political Parties (S.P.A)
When the King Gyanendra captured all powers and ruled the country through the autocratic away, then there was a coalition formed in between seven political parties and CPN (Maoist) in Nepal. They reached the 12 points consent in New Delhi (India). The ten years long people's war along with 19th day’s people's agitation (April revolution) achieved the current political height.
The 12 points consent reached the newer peak on June, 16th 2006 when the Baluwatar (Prime Minister Residence) meeting declared 8 points consent further. It specified the real Nepalese agenda independently and succeeded to clarify roadmap to build a newer Nepal. The essence of the consent is to handover power to the Nepalese people. If we politically analyze, the points consent declared the end of the head of feudalism, the monarchy which has been exploiting the Nepalese people since 238 years, in one hand and decided to dissolve the parliament from the higher horizon which has been making people captive in the round circle, and giving power to the energy of people time and again since 1951 A.D. on the other hand. The Nepalese people have been excited with the decision to end both of their age-old enemies. But unfortunately, the Moriarties of seven political parties and their master’s i.e. real J. F. Moriarty (American ambassador for Nepal) are openly opposing the historic 8 points consent. Infact, the Moriarties were the enemy of Nepalese youth peoples, they could neither have a some sleep nor could breathe, rather started going mad. The power holders have been plotting thousands of conspiracy to make the peace process unsuccessful. They want the CPN (Maoist) to surrender and finish their existence. But they have full confidence that they can enter into the net of conspiracy, swallow the conspirators and go ahead. The people now have higher political consciousness, Maoists deeper relation with their consciousness, the regular political mobilization and inspection of party headquarter, matured leadership principle, 10 years people's war along with 19th days people's agitation/revolution are accumulated in our mind.

Peoples revolted against the central representative of feudalism; monarchy while has been exploiting people for them 238 years, in various turnings of history but the people movement could never kiss the peak, the end of monarchy, as they were sometimes brutally suppressed by the hold of power or by an agreement that betrayed the people. The continuation of people's movement but a distinct form emerged in a concrete way till April, 24th 2006. This times again, the foreign power countries (USA and India) played with the seven political parties and their leaders to have a betrayal by joining the campaign of the central representative of feudalism.

The seven parties renewed the negative history by deceiving the people. Infact, the Janaandolan (movement) second wished to eradicate monarchy from the frontline of movement and declare republic in the country, it would take not more them more two days to uproot the monarchy, if the seven parties were patient. There was tremor in the heart of domestic and alien reactionaries of the people and thought if the movement continued 2 or 3 days, Maoist would capture the central government. Hence, to secure the space for the king, (ceremonial king) they deceived people once more by declaring the end of movement. The recent day’s expression of Prime Minister G.P.Koirala (king should be given space, again he said that he can hold the Election of Constitution Assembly with out our involvement (CPN (Maoist)). It is the essence of that betrayal which is in against of 12 and 8 points consent. The activities that are going on at the meeting of parliament are making fun of the spirit of people's movement. This is a stronger evidence to claim that some leaders and parties of seven political parties do not posses capacity to think independently, think according to Nepalese soil, people or their need, make plan or implement them. Nepal and Nepalese peoples far have not been independent in real sense because the power holders think with foreign mind and direct themselves accordingly. They possess tradition of relinquishment and we believe that an ultimate revolution is indispensable in the country to uproot traditional thinking of national relinquishment.

Need of another Revolution

In this context, Nepalese political and social condition is standing at the grave juncture. It is bound to be created a noble Nepal if we are able to punch the last blow against the feudalism realizing the serious challenges as a golden opportunity. At the mean time, if it is not done so in time, there is high possibility of Nepalese society to be oppressed for 50 years or more by the cruel feudalists. At this vital turning of Nepalese social evolution, the national need of Youth union is not merely an ordinary episode. Our youth union has been proved as the most revolutionary by ideology, the most leading power by thinking, the biggest by organization, and the most militant by nature and profound and reached all the districts and institution by effect. Standing on the foundation of thousands of martyrs sacrifice, purified by the hundreds of disappeared friends determination and consolidated by the innumerable friends of disablement, like a street tiger, this youth union-[ANNISU (Revolutionary)], has been preparing and organizing itself for the last struggle for the abolition of the feudalism. For that purpose, we plea to all to come together for open discussion and interaction regarding a concrete roadmap of New Nepal and to develop a new concept for the world through our movement.
In this situation we are very nearer in our goal but we have same height of obstacle to face the other challenges from the reactionaries, imperialist etc. side. According to the law of revolution, which gives birth to powerful counter-revolution, the main challenge for the Nepalese democratic revolution is the challenge to counter the imperialist intervention. Being a foremost front of world revolution which is preparing to launch counter offensive from its present position of strategic equilibrium, this challenge is not only addressed to the Nepalese proletarian class and its people but to the whole proletarian class and entire labouring masses. And only worldwide people's resistance can confront this challenge.

We are the 21st century people and we believe that we take our right and power through struggle; we could not get our right through begging from the ruler class people and government. Because, we were requesting to provide us our right but they never heard our saying. Then Nepalese peoples raised weapons since 1996 and the people’s war begun in our country. Now, we are in peace process but we hope that we could not get our right through this process. We have to prepare another revolution; it means it goes on April revolution to October revolution. Nepali revolution is in Nepali model, we know “revolution is not regenerated but it changes its nature”.
