From the workers’ power of the soviet to the restoration of capitalism The October Revolution in the uprisings and resistances of the 21st century.

The October Revolution materialized the aspiration and the dreams of every wretched and exploited human being in the world. It overthrew the bourgeois rule and established the first workers’ rule and brought the peoples in the front stage of history. The restoration of capitalism that followed and the complete breakdown afterwards of the so called socialist camp closed the first circle of overthrows, writing in the consciousness of billions of workers not that this attempt was inevitable to fail but that this attempt was incomplete and required constant confirmation of the workers’ rule.
The message and the substance of October Revolution isn’t written in people’s consciousness simply as an historic example and a given fact but at the same time it orientated the new paths that should be sought for the liberation from the modern bonds of imperialism and capitalist barbarism. The new communist movement that is required to be built, should study and analyze the first working revolution as well as the afterwards successes and attempts to prevent the restoration (Chinese revolution, Great Proletarian Cultural Revolution) and support the revolutionary attempts that start up (Nepal, Philippines, India, L. America, etc) as well as the working and people’s resistances that rise in the capitalist metropolises.

The program is divided in two parts. Satarday evening at 17.00 the debate will start and every delegate will have 30 minutes for his/her speech. This first circle will end at 21.00. It is very important that the documents of the delegates to be sent as soon as possible in order to be translated and distributed to the people who will be attending the debate.
The second part will start Sunday morning at 10.00 and the debate will end at approximately 14.00. The time for the delegates will be more flexible due to the required translation.
